Fitness

Our goal is to increase the student's basic skills, knowledge and attitude towards physical education.  We aim to inspire a lifelong learner by having the student reach their highest potential socially, physically and most important intellectually by exposing them to different physical fitness activities that promote team work, responsibility, respect and a healthy lifestyle.  Fitness club meets on Wednesday from 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm.
